- You do not need to link back to BUDD's listing but it is appreciated. For greater than 50 salable items, you must purchase an Extended Commercial License*.

Under no circumstances are you allowed to:

- Alter a BUDD design and claim it as your own.

- Gift, share, or sell the digital file.

- Upload to any sharing site - no POD or digitized embroidery sites.

- Copy or create similar items to sell as your own to circumvent these policies.

- Outsource designs to create products. All products must be created by you.

- Recreate a digital file to reproduce a digital file.

- Sell printed transfers including but not limited to, screen prints, sublimation, HTV, etc.

- Add text or images to the original BUDD design

SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS - You MAY create sublimation transfers from a  BUDD design and use those transfers to create saleable items.  If you plan to create more than 50 (physical) items total, you will need to purchase our Extended Commercial License*.  Again, you may not sell our designs as sublimation transfers as the end product but you may create sublimation transfers to press to your substrates.
